These terms govern your use of OrronAI's products, including Athena and Calliope, and the SMS and voice messaging programs operated through them. By using our services or opting in to receive messages, you agree to these terms.
OrronAI builds AI voice and SMS agents for small businesses. Athena handles appointment scheduling for dental clinics; Calliope provides AI-powered voice practice for sales and interview preparation. Each product is described in more detail on its own site.
If you message or call a phone number operated by Athena on behalf of a clinic, you are participating in an SMS program with the following terms:

| Cost | Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan. |
| Opt-out | Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. |
| Help | Reply HELP for assistance, or contact ajiteshdas@orronai.com. |
Mobile opt-in information and phone numbers collected through this program are not shared or sold to third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full detail.
Athena schedules appointments only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Any clinical question is routed to the clinic's own staff.
You agree not to use our services to send unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent messages, or to attempt to interfere with the normal operation of our agents.
Calliope accounts are personal to the individual using them. Free-tier accounts are subject to monthly usage limits; paid accounts unlock unlimited practice sessions as described at checkout.
Our services are provided "as is." OrronAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
